The role
Every eiQora platform begins as a conversation with an institution about how it actually works — and stays alive through the relationship that follows. The Client Solutions Lead owns that relationship: discovery, onboarding, and the long partnership after launch.
You would sit between two worlds. On one side, school administrators, community leaders, and operations managers describing their week. On the other, a small engineering team that needs their reality translated into precise, honest briefs. Done well, this role is why clients stay for years.
What you'll own
- Run discovery conversations: map workflows, roles, and records with the people who do the work
- Turn what you hear into clear written briefs — scope, priorities, and what not to build yet
- Own onboarding: data imports, invitation waves, training sessions, and the first-90-days experience
- Be the client’s voice inside the studio, and the studio’s honest voice to the client
- Build the playbook: turn what works into repeatable client-success practice
What we're looking for
- Experience owning client or stakeholder relationships end-to-end — agency, consulting, implementation, or customer success
- You can hold a room of non-technical stakeholders and a technical scoping call in the same week
- Exceptional written communication — briefs, updates, and difficult messages, all in plain language
- Genuine patience and respect for institutions that move carefully
Nice to have — not required
- Experience with schools, nonprofits, NGOs, or community organisations
- You have run software onboardings, migrations, or trainings before
- A second language used in real work settings
