eiQora ("we", "us") builds and operates bespoke platforms for institutions. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what rights you have. We have written it to be read, not skimmed past.

Data we collect on this website

The marketing site you are reading collects very little. If you submit our discovery form, we receive the details you type: your name, work email, organisation, and the notes you share about your workflows. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare the conversation you requested. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your details with advertisers.

Our hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf to deliver the site and our replies. Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, request time) are retained briefly by our infrastructure for security and reliability.

Data inside client platforms

The platforms we build for client institutions hold data — member records, enrolments, communications, finances — that belongs to those institutions. For that data, the client institution is the controller and eiQora acts as a processor: we store and process it only to operate the platform, under our agreement with the client, and never use it for our own purposes. Each client platform runs in an isolated environment; data is never pooled across clients.

If you are a member, student, guardian, or customer of one of our client institutions and have questions about your data, your first point of contact is that institution; we support them in answering.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function (such as session cookies if you sign in to a client portal). We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention and security

Discovery enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate follow-up, then deleted. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted, and backups are automated with point-in-time recovery. Our security page describes our posture in more detail.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@eiqora.com and we will respond promptly. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (such as the GDPR), those rights apply and we will honour them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here with a new date. Material changes affecting client platforms are communicated to clients directly.
